1.On a phone standing next to the Roku, run a speed test.
2.Then run the same test standing next to the router.
3.If the speed is fine at the router and poor at the Roku, it is a Wi-Fi coverage problem — see error 016.
4.If it is poor in both places, the problem is your internet service.
