Check whether anything else in the house has internet
1 minute- 1.Open a website on a phone connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- 2.Turn mobile data off first so the phone is definitely using Wi-Fi.
- 3.If the phone also fails, the Roku is not the problem — skip to restarting the modem.
- 4.If the phone works, restart the Roku first.
