Your Roku Streaming Stick cannot detect its wireless receiver. On the models that use a separate Long Range Wireless Receiver, this means the receiver is not connected or is not getting power.
Try this first
Connect the receiver cable properly
3 minutes- 1.Find the USB cable with the Long Range Wireless Receiver on it — the receiver is the wider section partway along the cable.
- 2.Connect that cable to your Roku Streaming Stick.
- 3.Plug the other end into a power source.
- 4.Use the supplied power adapter in a wall socket rather than a USB port on the TV.
