Your Roku found your Wi-Fi network but the password it sent was rejected. Roku groups codes 14, 14.40 and 14.41 under a single meaning: wrong password. The network itself is fine.
Try this first
Re-enter the password, watching for capitals
1 minute- 1.Press Home on your remote.
- 2.Go to Settings > Network > Set up connection > Wireless.
- 3.Pick your network and choose Enter new password.
- 4.Turn on Show password so you can see what you are typing.
- 5.Type it exactly, including capital letters — Wi-Fi passwords are case sensitive.
