YouTube error code

PLAYBACK-ERROR

YouTube could not fetch the video stream, so it stopped before playback started.

YouTube could not fetch the video stream, so it stopped before playback started. The Playback ID in the message is a reference number for YouTube's own logs. It means nothing to you and you do not need to write it down. Despite how alarming the message looks, this is almost always stored data on your device or a hiccup between you and YouTube, rather than a problem with your account or the video.
