YouTube rejected the request your device sent because something in it was malformed. In practice that nearly always means stale or corrupted cookies from a previous session, or a link that got mangled when it was copied. It is not a problem with your account and it is not an outage.

Try this first
Clear cookies for YouTube specifically
3 minutes- 1.Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, or Cmd+Shift+Delete on a Mac.
- 2.Choose Cookies and other site data. Set the time range to All time.
- 3.Clear it, then close and reopen the browser.
- 4.Sign in to YouTube again.
