A streaming app could not verify this TV model with its servers, so it refused to open. On Samsung sets this is usually a stale Smart Hub state rather than a real incompatibility, which is why a proper cold start resolves most of them. Occasionally it does mean the app has genuinely dropped support for an older set.

Try this first
Cold start the TV
2 minutes- 1.Hold the power button on the remote until the TV switches off and comes back on by itself.
- 2.Do not just tap it. A tap puts the TV in standby, which changes nothing.
- 3.Wait for the home screen before opening the app.
