The Fire TV launcher could not load its home screen content. The two usual causes are a device that has filled up its storage, which Fire TV sticks do easily, and a stalled software update that left the launcher in a half-finished state. Apps installed on the device often still work if you can reach them.

Try this first
Restart with the remote shortcut
1 minute- 1.Hold the Select button and the Play/Pause button together.
- 2.Keep holding for about 5 seconds until the screen goes black.
- 3.Wait for it to come back on its own.
