Discovery+ could not start the video on this device. The message is deliberately vague, but the practical causes are stale app data, an unstable connection, and an app that needs updating.
Try this first
Force the app closed and reopen it
about 2 minutes- 1.Go back to your device's home screen. Leaving the app running in the background is not enough.
- 2.On a TV or streaming stick, open Settings, then Apps, find Discovery+, and choose Force stop.
- 3.On a phone, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
- 4.Open Discovery+ again and try to play something.
