Try this first

Force the app closed and reopen it

about 2 minutes
  1. 1.Go back to your device's home screen. Leaving the app running in the background is not enough.
  2. 2.On a TV or streaming stick, open Settings, then Apps, find Tubi, and choose Force stop.
  3. 3.On a phone, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
  4. 4.Open Tubi again and try to play something.
