Starz could not start the video on this device. Because Starz is frequently bought through a TV provider or as an add-on to another service, an expired provider link is a common cause that looks like a technical fault. The app and connection fixes below come first because they are quicker to rule out.
Try this first
Force the app closed and reopen it
about 2 minutes- 1.Go back to your device's home screen. Leaving the app running in the background is not enough.
- 2.On a TV or streaming stick, open Settings, then Apps, find Starz, and choose Force stop.
- 3.On a phone, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
- 4.Open Starz again and try to play something.
