Sling TV could not start the channel on this device. Live TV is less forgiving than on-demand streaming: it cannot buffer ahead, so a connection that plays Netflix perfectly can still fail here. That makes bandwidth the first thing worth checking rather than the last.

Check your connection speed on this device
about 5 minutes- 1.Sling recommends at least 5Mbps for a single stream and 25Mbps for a household.
- 2.Run a speed test on the same device if it has a browser, or on a phone on the same Wi-Fi.
- 3.If the speed is fine but unsteady, that still causes this. Live TV cannot buffer ahead to cover a dip.
