Plex error code
SERVER-UNAVAILABLE
The Plex app could not reach the media server it was trying to play from.
The Plex app could not reach the media server it was trying to play from. Plex is unusual among streaming services because there are two entirely separate things that can fail: the server in your home, and Plex's own sign-in service that connects you to it. Both produce the same message and they have completely different fixes, so the first job is telling them apart.

about 3 minutes- 1.On a device on the same network as the server, open Plex and see whether the server appears.
- 2.If it appears locally but not remotely, the fault is remote access or Plex's sign-in service.
- 3.If it does not appear even locally, the server itself is down or has stopped.
- 4.This one check decides which of the fixes below is relevant.
