Paramount+ could not start the video on this device. Paramount groups a wide range of faults behind similar wording, so the message alone rarely narrows it. In practice the causes are stale app data, a connection that is technically working but not steady enough to hold a stream, and an out-of-date app.
Try this first
Force the app closed and reopen it
about 2 minutes- 1.Go back to your device's home screen. Leaving the app running in the background is not enough.
- 2.On a TV or streaming stick, open Settings, then Apps, find Paramount+, and choose Force stop.
- 3.On a phone, swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away.
- 4.Open Paramount+ again and try to play something.
