The app starts and then closes straight away, usually before showing anything. On Android TV this is nearly always one of two things: the device has filled its storage, which these boxes do easily because they ship with very little, or the app's cached data has been corrupted by an interrupted update. Neither needs a factory reset.
Try this first
Check how much storage is left
about 5 minutes- 1.Open Settings, then Device Preferences, then Storage.
- 2.If less than 500MB is free, that is very likely your problem.
- 3.Go to Settings, then Apps, and uninstall anything you do not use.
- 4.Restart the device afterwards before trying the app again.
